Potty Train Your Puppy
When you first bring your puppy home, it would be best to put it into a box with newspaper on the outside of the box. Make sure that the puppy can jump over the sides of the box so it can go to the toilet when it needs. Make the pup a bed in the box with some old clean rags or blankets.
Try to put a little amount of rags in the box for the pups bed, because if the pup does WET, then you wont have much to clean up. The pup will need a little something of yours to have next to itself in the box. Maybe you may like to use an old sock or ripped shirt, which has your personal smell on it, some people like to wrap a ticking clock in the cloth to symbolise a heartbeat, better still, if you were to take a toy with you when you buy the pup, get all the pups and the mum to play with the toy. This will obtain the smell of the litter and the mum.
These methods may help the pup to sleep better as well as you. It can also help to create an early bonding between you and your animal. Continue this for the first few days. Then you must place the dog into its permanent sleeping area. When the pup wakes in the morning pick it up and take it outdoors where you want the dog go to the toilet. Pick a spot that is accessible for the pup to get to and easy for you to clean. Once you place the pup on the area, you can assist the dog in starting urination by rubbing its genitals. The mother usually does this by licking the pup on the genitals, then it urinates.
This stimulant brings on the response of urination as soon as the pup does its business “PRAISE IMMEDIATELY”. Then you can take the pup back to its place of boarding. If you were to wait a while the pup should urinate on its own and besides rubbing this area is usually only for very young pups (0-5 weeks). If the pup urinates as you pick it up or upon a greeting then the pup has week nerves (temperament).
This can be overcome by creating confidence in your dog and not doing anything when this happens. If you reassure the dog then you are probably rewarding this behaviour. You may like to carry the dog to the spot if it is a fair distance down the garden, then gradually after a few days encourage the pup to the site from a short distance from the site. Increase the distance only when the pup learns it has positioned itself correctly. If it goes in the wrong spot, pick it up and show it the correct spot by placing the dog gently down where your would like it to go. Do not be hard on the young dog and don’t forget to praise even when the dog gets it right quite a few times.
Important: Do Not rub the dogs nose in its mess if it makes a mistake, just clean up the mess, this is your fault not the dogs fault.
In doing the above exercise you can restrict the dogs manure to a specified area, which is easier to clean up. Remember that all sorts of training takes time and if you persist, you will get the results you are looking for. Puppies usually go to the toilet after they wake, after meals and before they sleep. So if you try to work to a routine to take the pup outside at these times it will make easier learning for the pup.
If the pup does not go when you take it out, do not get disheartened with the pup, leave the pup for a while and only play with the dog when it has done what it has to do. The dog likes to smell where it has done its duty so it can go there again. The pup will still be able to smell the spot even when you have removed the manure. If you have not got the time to be with your animal at all times and your pet is a house pet then do the same method of training in a designated area where you would like it to do its business in your house. A small dog may have a litter tray like a cat or just newspaper is sufficient.I
f you catch the pup in the act at doing its business in an area other than the space set out, quickly pick up the dog with moderate force and give the verbal correction command you have chosen. Then take the pup to the correct area and only praise when the pup finishes its business. ONLY do this if you catch the dog in the act… REMEMBER – DO NOT BE CRUEL OR TOO HARD ON THE PUP, THIS IS NOT ONLY UNNECESSARY BUT IT CAUSES COMPLICATIONS IN LATER TRAINING.
Show the dog where you put the mess, slowly and gently pat the pup when it sniffs around (do not verbally praise at this moment unless the dog does more of its business). Never be too hard on the pup in the corrections, remember its size and fragility. This pet house training method will not take long to show a response, just remember the praise must always outweigh the punishment command for this to work and that all training will work if the proper methods are used and allow time for the results to happen.

I love to write about a variety of interesting topics. I do not have a favorite topic in mind, but I really enjoy writing about almost anything right now. At this time I am starting an online business. I have been known to write about credit cards, insurance, Spanish, English, Chinese, Japanese, French, Italian, German and other languages. I speak several different languages and currently I’m going to school to acquire a bachelors degree.
When I’m done with school, I will continue to do SEO work and write articles. I enjoy writing articles because I’m able to learn more about the topics that I’m not very familiar with. Of course, I have to learn about the topics first, and I do much of my research on the internet. I am able to write about what I have learned on that topic. For example, if I am learning, or if I am going to write an article about a topic, I first go online and I research that topic. Sometimes it only takes me a few minutes when I am somewhat familiar with the topic already. It depends on how familiar I am with the topic. Sometimes it might take me an hour or more to learn about the topic. Either way, I am continuing my education.
I look at all kinds of sites. I like to look at sites like yahoo answers, Google News, Yahoo news, CNN, Fox news, press releases and other reference materials. After I have researched the topic well, I can write something from off the top of my head. To give you an example you can check out some of my work in the highlighted links.
I then set the article aside and maybe wait a few hours, sometimes a day and then I’ll get back to it later with fresh eyes and a good night’s sleep. Next I’ll see the article, and again review it for any errors or any changes needed. I like to see if it might sound better if it were put in other words, sometimes more precise and condensed. Then I’m ready to publish what I wrote, so I find the place where I want to publish it, and I submit the article. The article is then reviewed. It is usually accepted and I can go on in the next topic of choice. After the readers have the information, they can go on to look up the information that I have given to them.

Virtually all of us start out as children with a positive outlook. As we get older and experience life it’s all too easy to slip into negative thoughts and accept negative outcomes as the norm. This is a guarantee for an unhappy, unsuccessful life. You can beat these negative thoughts, turn them to positive and thrive. Here are 9 tips to help you achieve it.
Look after yourself – Eat healthily, in sensible sized portions with regular exercise and enough sleep each night.
Don’t lose track of the good things – It’s easy to focus on the bad things and to forget the good things in your life. Remind yourself each day and remember them.
Stop making assumptions – It’s a shock to most of us to realise the world doesn’t revolve around us. Someone’s’ bad mood may not have been caused by you. People may not be gossiping about you. If you think they are, ask them.
Don’t use absolutes – Always and never are harsh words combined with a negative sentiment such as you’re always late. Using absolutes makes things seem worse than they are.
Ignore negative thoughts – They creep into your head all the time. Don’t knock yourself out about them, just ignore them and move your thoughts on.
Be a glass half full type – Don’t apply negative reactions to every situation. If your boss wants to see you, it doesn’t mean you’re in trouble. If your partner is unhappy it isn’t automatically your fault. Mentally squash these thought when they occur.
Don’t ignore family and friends – Give your husband or wife a hug everyday. Give your children lots of hugs everyday. Don’t physically isolate yourself and if needs be buy a pet.
Be more active with hobbies and interests. Join clubs or societies to meet and talk with other people.
Stop going over things in fine detail – over analysing is not useful. You almost always pick a negative topic and go down the negative route. Break the process by immediately doing something different like going for a walk, read a book, do some cooking.
A positive mental outlook helps all areas of your life particularly financial. Consider 0 credit cards to save some money or 0 balance transfer credit cards to regain control of your debts. Maybe you want to earn while you spend using credit cards with rewards which often give you cashback each month.

I could perceive where this was leading right off. Nathan, my little man, and Liberty, my daughter, were both in moms face about sleeping with us tonight, and there was only room for one of them. As a matter of practice, we didn’t like either one of them to sleep with us on a regular basis, and in this case, we were alluding to practice what we said.
Nate, who was five now, had completely got to the point where he was not scampering to our bed on a weekly schedule. Liberty, on the other hand, who was just becoming four was having a genuine hard time not crawling in bed with us every night. Now , don’t misunderstand me, I truly love my children, but I had strong convictions about what you teach your children when you let them sleep with you after a specific age and both of them where already beyond that age. And as small as it sounds, we had also just gotten a fifty buck duvet cover set.
Now, hind sight being twenty-twenty, we would have waited a few more years to spend that much doe on a discount king duvet cover. However, in my defense, it was Sherry that persisted we “needed” one. Well, what can you do, sometimes you have to select your battles carefully to win the war. Anyway, back to our timely dilemma. Nathan, come down and listen to me son. Your a big boy now, and your sister needs you to show her you love her, by letting her sleep with us tonight. Ok. Now tell your sister you love her and lets all go to sleep. It brings tears to my face to see these times, really.

Many medical problems add tension to your living, and abnormal hidrosis is one of those troubles. Whether you endure abnormal perspiration in informal situations or wet sheets late at night, sweating more than you should can genuinely put a damper on your ability to just unwind and get through the day… or get through the night.
If you find you’re sweating every single night, you should really do something about it. Not only could it be the symptom of something you should have addressed by a doctor, but it will affect your quality of sleep and make it more difficult for you to function in your day-to-day life. If you’re a woman, of course you’ll have to consider whether it could be menopause night sweats.
It can even be expensive as you start to require more clothing or more bedding or at the very least you end up doing more laundry.
Your doctor will likely question if you’ve experienced in any diet changes or lifestyle changes. To help him pinpoint your problem, I suggest you keep a journal of your activities and diet. Sometimes it can be really difficult to pinpoint a specific food which might be triggering your night sweats. The pattern in your diet which reveals the food item causing your problems may require looking over weeks of data.
Do not avoid the medical possibility just because your are a man. There are night sweats in males which can resemble the night sweats women experience with menopause.
You might also monitor yourself for other symptoms. Do you have any pain or discomfort that you have only begun to experience recently? Any kind of changes — not just pains but changes — in the way you feel might provide some lateral way for your physician to pinpoint what is causing you such discomfort at night. The causes of excessive sweating can be difficult to identify so start taking data now.
Regardless of whether it is a medical issue or a food issue, you simply must address your night sweating. There are many ways you can try curb it, with special pillows, pijamas and even matteresses to help you stay cool in the heat of the night.
DISCLAIMER: I hope this helps, but please note that I am not a medical professional so you must consult with your physician before taking any medical suggestions from the World Wide Web.

If you’re in desperate need for a natural sleep remedy then follow this advice to combat insomnia without the use of dangerous sleeping pills.
Insomnia is a serious wellness concern that can affect your quality of life. You can see this first hand when not getting enough sleep the night before. Most likely, one is going to be cranky. Your energy level will be barely enough to get you through the day. If you would like to get to sleep quickly without the user of drugs, follow the simple steps below. Practice them every night and your sleepless issues will be shortly lived.
Insomnia Relief Basics
Follow a bed time agenda.
If you think that only kids are planned to adopt a strict bedtime agenda, then we are very wrong. Everybody should condition themselves to sleeping at a correct time of the night and get up at a predetermined time of the day. This pattern can actually train the mind and the body to a sleeping beat. Treating insomnia with this approach is the first step to following a pattern to get meaningful sleep.
Seek comfort.
Sleeping should be a particularly comfortable act for everybody. As such, we should not be anxious and fatigued as we head to bed. Ensure that the pillows are cushy and your bed is comfortable. Whenever you feel uneasy while sleeping, change your sleeping position. Try and use many pillows too. Being comfortable in bed is very necessary to beat insomnia.
Make your bedroom a place where you want to sleep.
The main point here is that the bedroom should entice you to sleep. That is the overall concept. If you need to make the room more dimmed and peaceful, do it. But what’s more important is that you should not use the bedroom for anything other than sleeping. Don’t watch Television, do work, or use the computer in the bedroom. These actions can be done somewhere else in the home.
Relax the body.
There are countless ways to relax yourself before bedtime. When choosing a sleep remedy make sure it is drug free. A common remedy is a nice glass of warm milk. You can also prepare a warm, relaxing bath full of fresh aroma oils. Relax for 30 minutes or until your body has lost allof the strain from work. Put on comfy PJ’s and you will have the most relaxing sleep that you have had in months, for sure. Treating insomnia isn’t quite simple and that could be a fact. But if you follow these steps, you will be one step closer. Soon you will be looking forward to love those sweet dreams.

Morning sickness is a thing that occurs at any time during the day and usually can not be prevented when you’re expectant. Morning sickness does occur repeatedly when you first wake, but be conscious that it might start any time throughout the day. You won’t be able to avoid this no matter what you try.
Nevertheless, you can help treat it and since you’re pregnant, healing it with natural alternative medication is the way to go.Nonetheless, complaining and moaning about your circumstances is not the way to proceed but taking natural remedies for morning sickness every day may change how you feel.
Diet – This will assist your occurrence of morning sickness. You should be eating small many meals. You need to take care you are never starving but also not in fact filled at the same time. When you are hungry this seems to activate morning sickness. Meals that are high in grease ought to be turned aside as well. The fat sitting on your belly happens to set up morning sickness frequently.
Ginger – This is a widespread root that could help with morning sickness. Normally you would make a tea with the ginger and then slowly taste on the tea. This helps with morning sickness. Medical doctors and obstetricians have been using this for centuries. When drinking ginger, you only could do with a small amount.
Peppermint Oil – This is an additional excellent natural cure that is familiar in morning sickness. Peppermint oil is safe to use as you don’t in fact put this in your body. You just place a few drops in a basin of water and store it near you all the time. When you sleep you must have it close to you in your bed. Ensure you switch this every day because inhaling stale water will do you no good. It needs to be fresh water with fresh peppermint oil.
Almonds – Keep a container of almonds close to your bed at night. When you get up in the morning, take a few of almonds and eat a few before you arise. You have to take care you chew up the almonds carefully because this lets out an enzyme, which is what assists with the morning sickness. If you’re chewing them utterly, the enzymes are going to reach your body quicker
Crackers – Maintain a container of saltine crackers at your bed side table. Before you leave the bed, eat a few of these crackers. The trick is to get to your stomach a little before you start walking around. This is going to assist with your morning sickness a great deal. When pregnant women become unwell in the morning, it’s because they hold an empty stomach and then they start moving around a lot. The basis why you ought to eat cookies is because they are delicate, so it won’t hang on your stomach as much as other things might and as they are dried out, the crackers ought to take in any left over acid that lines your tummy from the past evening.
A pregnant woman does not have to be worried when morning sickness happens since this inconvenient indicator is rather a beneficial mark of elevated hormones attesting that everything with the gestation is developing ok.
Some women grab the first drug from their bathroom cabinet to help their morning sickness. The truth is though; you shouldn’t do it without your doctor’s permission because the poisoning effects of legal drugs on fetal growth development will have severe consequences on baby.

Today you can’t afford to leave your computer open to virus infection. Viruses can steal your passwords and lead to having your identity compromised. Other viruses can use your computer to send out millions of junk email and get your ISP account canceled. That is nothing to fool around with. You need to have up to date high quality antivirus software on your PC at all times. I stubled onto a nice post on a free stuff site that might help.
But what if you can’t afford to pay for a high priced antivirus program? What If I told you that you could use the best free antivirus available at no cost? There are three fantastic no cost antivirus programs that will protect your computer as well as or better than the top commercial products.
Why in the World would antivirus publishers give away great antivirus products for free? There are basically two reasons. The companies offer a professional version with more features and they know some people will upgrade to the paid versions. The other reason is to become well known so that businesses are more likely to acquire the enterprise version.
You are certainly wondering if these packages are like the Norton or McAfee software packages that may have come with your computer where you get the first year without cost and then get charged a lot to renew. Not at all. All three of the best free antivirus products are no cost year after year. There is no guarantee that they will always provide a free version, but it seems to be doing the job for them so I suspect they will.
So how do you find out what these incredible programs are and where to obtain them? Visit this report on the best free antivirus and you can read about all 3 antivirus products and find out where to get them. Your computer and your personal information will be protected and you will sleep better with the knowledge you have the best antivirus software at no cost whatsoever.

Either struggling with premenopause or persevering postmenopause, a woman is likely fighting the frustration of hot flashes.
While they are irritating when you suffer them coming on at different times during the day, they will be even more irritating when they occur without your being consciously aware of it in the night.
Despite how natural night sweats may be, the clammy, damp sheets never get any more pleasant. My mom’s physician once attempted to comfort her by discussing how these sweats were just her system eliminating extra toxins and thus she may enjoy a kind of increased sense of feeling cleansed.
Perhaps this is accurate, but it sounds like a story intended to comfort her rather than a way to address the infuriating process of waking to a chilly, clammy sleep.
Thankfully, in recent years more genuine and willing awareness of women’s health matters have developed to a point where a much wider part of the health industry now studies and provides various therapies to help women in their battles with night sweats from menopause.
We are developing more and more widespread utilization of safe, natural therapies and hopefully more and more clinical testing of these treatments to verify their usefulness. There are now a number of safe methods for you to attempt, thus I encourage you to be more proactive in addressing your discomfort.
I suggest you do something about it, though. You might begin to feel futile and just chalk it up to another inevitability of life, but this doesn’t need to be case. Plus, your entire body and psyche will be stressed and challenged as you tolerate perimenopause, so willingly subjecting yourself to another nuisance like night sweats just isn’t necessary.
DISCLAIMER: I hope my blogging my simple story helps people out there, but please note that I am not a doctor so you must consult with a medical doctor before taking any medical suggestions from the Internet.
